Are you the same as Rosey Studio Co on Etsy?
Yes! Rosey Studio Co is still our shop on Etsy and we sell the same products there as we do here in our shop. Since Etsy takes a commission from every order we are able to pass along better pricing to you here in our shop.
I am scared to order a custom product. How do I know it will turn out perfectly?
We always strive to bring your visions to life as perfectly as we can! To feel more comfortable with ordering from us we invite you to read all of our reviews from our Etsy shop where we have accrued more than 7,700+ orders and 1100+ reviews. Check out our reviews here!
Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?
Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through the "notes" section of the listing or via email roseystudioco@gmail.com before you place your order. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
Do you send photos before you ship custom items?
Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before creation and shipment. We do have a photo proof package option where we send you photos to approve during the flower selection and design process-- just check the box "Email me photos to approve during production."
How do I make sure you match my color theme exactly?
The best way to make sure that your colors are matched exactly is to attach a) photos or b) links to items or colors that you're trying to match. You can send photo attachments or insert links in the product page as well as through email at roseystudioco@gmail.com.
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
The only time a refund is offered is if your item breaks during shipment and it is beyond repair. If your item breaks we ask that you send photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving the item (and the box if it's damaged).
Do you offer rush shipping?
All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days.
Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel order
How do you the letters hang?
The letters come with metal sawtooth picture hanger hardware attached to the backs and are ready to hang when you receive them!
What are the letters made out of?
We use 1/4" thick wood for the base of our letters, so they're very sturdy in quality and will last a lifetime!
