Are you the same shop as Rosey Studio Co on Etsy?

Yes. Rosey Studio Co is run by the same small Minnesota team on both Etsy and here on our own site. You'll find the same made-to-order products in both places. Shopping here lets you join our email list for first access to restocks, new launches, and special offers.

How do I know my custom product will turn out the way I want?

We've completed over 10,000 orders and earned 1,600+ reviews on Etsy at a 4.8 star average. Every piece is made to order. Add your colors, names, and any reference photos in the order notes when you check out, and we'll match them as closely as possible.

What size floral letter or number should I order?

Our floral letters and numbers come in 15", 19", and 24" tall. Choose 15" for cake tables and small shelves, 19" for most birthdays, showers, and photo shoots, and 24" for weddings, large backdrops, and standout floor displays. When in doubt, size up for photos.

How big should my flower wall be?

It depends on your space and use. A 2x2 to 3x3 foot wall works for cake tables, photo corners, and nursery accents. For a full photo-booth or ceremony backdrop, most customers choose a larger custom size. Message us with your event and we'll recommend a size.

Can you match my exact colors?

Yes. Color matching is one of the things we do best. Add your color names, a photo of your palette, or a link to a reference item in your order notes, and we'll select flowers to match as closely as possible.

Do you offer bulk, wholesale, or business pricing?

Yes. For most products, volume pricing applies on orders of 10 or more. Our silk flowers are already designed and priced to be bought in bulk. Message us with your product, quantity, and any logo, and we'll send a custom quote with a realistic timeline.

Do you send a photo before shipping my custom item?

Because of our order volume we don't send proofs by default, but photo approval is available on request for many items. If you'd like to see your piece before it ships, add a note to your order or email us and we'll arrange it.

What is your processing and shipping time?

Standard processing is 3 to 10 business days before your order ships, plus carrier transit time. Larger custom florals and big team orders can take longer. If you have a firm event date, message us before ordering so we can confirm we'll make it.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. A rush option is available on many items for 2-day processing for an added fee. If you're on a tight deadline, add the rush option if it's offered on your listing, or email us first to confirm we can meet your date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide shipping is available at calculated rates shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $50. International transit times and any customs fees vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility.

How do floral letters and numbers hang?

Each floral letter and number comes with a pre-attached metal sawtooth hanger on the back, so it's ready to hang on a wall right out of the box.

What are your products made of?

Floral letters, numbers, and signs are built on a sturdy 1/4 inch thick wood base, designed to last. Florals use premium faux peonies, roses, and greenery. Aprons and bags use durable, water-resistant fabric. Everything is made to keep, not to toss after one event.

Are your pieces reusable, and how long do they last?

Yes. Because we use high-quality faux flowers and solid wood bases, your piece is a keepsake you can reuse and display for years. Floral numbers in a single color work for birthday after birthday, an anniversary, or a graduation year.

Can I order a fully custom piece that isn't listed?

Absolutely. Custom work is our specialty. Email us at RoseyStudioco@gmail.com with your idea, colors, size, and event date, and we'll let you know what's possible and send a quote. Many of our listings started as a custom request.

What's the best gift for a baby shower, wedding, or graduation?

For baby showers, customers love floral name signs, hoop wreaths, and nursery letters. For weddings, flower walls, floral letters, and monogrammed weekender bags are favorites. For graduations, personalized aprons and weekender bags are popular. All are personalized and made to order.

How do I add my name or personalization?

On each product page, enter your name, text, font, and color choices in the personalization fields before adding to cart. If a field is missing or you need something specific, add it in the order notes at checkout or email us.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations?

Because every item is custom made to order, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery. Please review your colors, sizes, and spelling carefully, and reach out with any questions before you order so we get it right the first time.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered only if an item is damaged in shipment beyond repair. We'll need photos of both the damaged item and the package it arrived in, sent within 48 hours of delivery, so we can make it right quickly. Custom orders are otherwise final.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us at RoseyStudioco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of both the damaged item and the package it arrived in. We'll work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund. We stand behind everything we make.
