This beautiful customized 15", 19" or 24" tall floral number is a perfect decoration for a wedding, save the date photo shoots, a birthday party, a personalized gift, a cake table, a birthday photo shoot prop, baptism, or a company event! These custom floral numbers are made on 1/4” thick wood so they are durable pieces designed to keep forever. All digits are a block style / Arial font.
HOW TO ORDER:
1) Select if you’d like flowers only or flowers with succulents. Succulents are larger faux plantlike greenery elements (greenery sprigs are complimentary if desired).
2) Select your number. If you need multiple numbers you can add each one to your cart before checking out.
3) Write the color scheme of your choice. Feel free to attach photos or links of items or colors you would like us to match. Due to availability, we cannot guarantee particular flower types will be available.
**IF REQUESTING AN ITEM TO LOOK LIKE THE LISTING -- Due to the handmade nature of this item and flower availability, it may not look identical to the photo. We will use exact colors and flowers, when possible, to re-create a specific look.
DIMENSIONS: We offer 15", 19" or 24" in height (measured from the tips of the petals) and these range between 10-16" wide, depending on the number. **IF YOU NEED A LARGER SIZE** Contact us for a quote! We can make any size up to 48" tall!
HANGING: It includes a sawtooth style picture hanger on the back for hanging.
SHIPPING: In shipping each item is packaged carefully in tissue paper and thick bubble wrap inside a custom-sized box to protect it. All items come with tracking information. Processing time is 3-10 business days. If you need it sooner select the "Rush Order" option at check out.
All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days and shipped using USPS ground shipping (for U.S. customers). If you need it SOONER you can check the box "Rush my order-- Ships in 1-2 business days instead of 8-10 days", and these items will be processed in 2 business days. The default shipping is USPS Ground which takes up to 9 business days. You can opt for USPS Priority shipping at checkout to receive it just 2-3 days after it ships.
**Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Do you offer returns, exchanges or alterations post-delivery?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through the "notes" section of the listing or via email roseystudioco@gmail.com before you place your order. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
The ONLY time a refund is offered is if your item breaks during shipment and it is beyond repair. If your item breaks you must send photos of the damaged item as well as all packaging materials within 48 hours of receiving the item. **You must also be willing to take the item and packaging to the post office or waste yard to obtain proof of destruction if the insurance policy requires that in order to process the claim.
What if my item is lost, stolen, or delayed?
Rosey Studio Co is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed and will not provide a refund. Once an item is shipped the transit is out of our control. Buyer is responsible for following up with the shipping carrier regarding their tracking number.
What if my item is returned to the sender?
The customer is responsible for paying for reshipment of all items that are returned to the sender. Rosey Studio Co is not responsible for paying for reshipment if an item is returned to the sender. There are no refunds if an item is returned to sender and customers refuses to pay to reship.
