This beautiful personalized custom bow holder / headband holder is a lovely decorative way to organize and display your favorite bows and headbands while showcasing your little girl's name in beautiful script 3D lettering. Each bow / headband holder is carefully designed with high quality materials on either a natural wood or a white wood background with a custom laser cut name sign in your desired paint color (6 color options below). The metal headband hooks are painted to match your name sign's paint color. We can match the floral accents to any colors you would like and we use ribbon that coordinates with your color scheme. Once you order we will message you within 24 hours with all details to ensure the design will be exactly what you envision.
HOW TO ORDER:
1) Select your Paint Color for the Background-- Natural Wood or Painted White
2) Select your Paint Color for the Name Sign and Headband Hooks-- Rose Gold, Gold, Silver, White, Gray or Black
3) Write in your desired flower accent colors AND the name you’d like for the name sign. Feel free to send us photos or links of items or colors you would like us to match.
HANGING: The bow / headband holder comes with hanging hardware already on the back.
SHIPPING: Each item is packaged carefully in tissue paper and thick bubble wrap inside a custom-sized box to protect it. All items come with tracking information and insurance. Processing time is 3-10 business days. If you need it sooner select the "Rush Order" option at check out.
All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days and shipped using USPS ground shipping (for U.S. customers). If you need it SOONER you can check the box "Rush my order-- Ships in 1-2 business days instead of 8-10 days", and these items will be processed in 2 business days. The default shipping is USPS Ground which takes up to 9 business days. You can opt for USPS Priority shipping at checkout to receive it just 2-3 days after it ships.
**Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Do you offer returns, exchanges or alterations post-delivery?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through the "notes" section of the listing or via email roseystudioco@gmail.com before you place your order. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
The ONLY time a refund is offered is if your item breaks during shipment and it is beyond repair. If your item breaks you must send photos of the damaged item as well as all packaging materials within 48 hours of receiving the item. **You must also be willing to take the item and packaging to the post office or waste yard to obtain proof of destruction if the insurance policy requires that in order to process the claim.
What if my item is lost, stolen, or delayed?
Rosey Studio Co is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed and will not provide a refund. Once an item is shipped the transit is out of our control. Buyer is responsible for following up with the shipping carrier regarding their tracking number.
What if my item is returned to the sender?
The customer is responsible for paying for reshipment of all items that are returned to the sender. Rosey Studio Co is not responsible for paying for reshipment if an item is returned to the sender. There are no refunds if an item is returned to sender and customers refuses to pay to reship.
