We are an online, made-to-order studio and do not have a retail location open to the public, so please email before sending anything to this address.

Before you order, tell us: any specific request about color, font, placement, or spelling belongs in the "notes" field on the listing or in an email to us before you place your order. We can only accommodate a preference if we know about it, and we will always do our best to make it happen.

Order timing: standard orders are made and shipped in 3 to 10 business days. If you need something sooner, add the rush option at checkout and we will process your order in 1 to 2 business days.

Bulk, wholesale, and corporate gifting: email us with your quantity, the date you need it by, and any logo or branding details, and we will come back to you with options.
