This is a custom made to order. baby flower crown or toddler flower crown in the exact flower color scheme you would like! It includes both delicate flowers and greenery. It is the 5/8" fold-over-elastic baby headband or toddler headband style and would make a great birthday crown, photo prop, baby flower crown or toddler flower crown. The headband itself is 12" around and is very elastic.

HOW TO ORDER: Write the color scheme of your choice. Feel free to send us photos or links of items or colors you would like us to match. Due to availability we cannot guarantee particular flower types will be available. **IF REQUESTING AN ITEM TO LOOK LIKE THE LISTING -- Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of this item and flower availability, it may not look identical to the photo. We will use exact colors and flowers, when possible, to re-create a specific look.

SHIPPING: In shipping each item is packaged carefully in tissue paper inside a custom-sized package protect it. Processing time is 5-10 business days. If you need it sooner select the "Rush Order" option at check out.

Every order is personalized to order. Standard processing is 3 to 10 business days before your order ships. Need it sooner? Choose the Rush option on the listing and we'll process it in 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout, and U.S. orders over $60 ship free. Framed flower walls include an oversized shipping charge.

Customs and import taxes: international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We aren't able to control delays caused by customs.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer returns, exchanges or alterations post-delivery?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through the "notes" section of the listing or via email roseystudioco@gmail.com before you place your order. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

The ONLY time a refund is offered is if your item breaks during shipment and it is beyond repair. If your item breaks you must send photos of the damaged item as well as all packaging materials within 48 hours of receiving the item. **You must also be willing to take the item and packaging to the post office or waste yard to obtain proof of destruction if the insurance policy requires that in order to process the claim.

What if my item is lost, stolen, or delayed?

Rosey Studio Co is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed and will not provide a refund. Once an item is shipped the transit is out of our control. Buyer is responsible for following up with the shipping carrier regarding their tracking number.

What if my item is returned to the sender?

The customer is responsible for paying for reshipment of all items that are returned to the sender. Rosey Studio Co is not responsible for paying for reshipment if an item is returned to the sender. There are no refunds if an item is returned to sender and customers refuses to pay to reship.
