These freestanding floral letters and numbers are the perfect bridal shower decor wedding decor, wedding name sign, baby shower decor, girl nursery decor, personalized gift, birthday party decor, cake table decor, photo shoot prop, or baptism decor. We offer two sizes, 8.5" and 16" heights, and two colors, rose gold or gold for the base. The letters are hand painted paper mâché and we adorn them with premium faux flower and greenery accents in your desired color scheme. Once you place an order we will message you within 24 hours with all of the details of your order to make sure it is exactly what you want before creating it.
HOW TO ORDER:
1) Select your desired size and if you’d like them a) painted, b) painted with flowers or c) painted with flowers & succulents. Succulents are larger faux plantlike greenery elements (greenery sprigs are complimentary if desired).
2) Write the color scheme of your choice. Feel free to send us photos or links of items or colors you would like us to match. Due to availability we cannot guarantee particular flower types will be available. **IF REQUESTING AN ITEM TO LOOK LIKE THE LISTING -- Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of this item and flower availability, it may not look identical to the photo. We will use exact colors and flowers, when possible, to re-create a specific look.
DIMENSIONS: We offer 8.5" and 16" heights and the width depends on the letter or number.
HANGING: These are designed to be freestanding letters. If requested we can add a sawtooth picture hanger or ribbon to the back for hanging them on the wall.
SHIPPING: In shipping each item is packaged carefully in tissue paper and thick bubble wrap inside a custom-sized box to protect it. All items come with tracking information and insurance. Processing time is 3-10 business days. If you need it sooner select the "Rush Order" option at check out.
All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days and shipped using USPS ground shipping (for U.S. customers). If you need it SOONER you can check the box "Rush my order-- Ships in 1-2 business days instead of 8-10 days", and these items will be processed in 2 business days. The default shipping is USPS Ground which takes up to 9 business days. You can opt for USPS Priority shipping at checkout to receive it just 2-3 days after it ships.
**Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Do you offer returns, exchanges or alterations post-delivery?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through the "notes" section of the listing or via email roseystudioco@gmail.com before you place your order. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
The ONLY time a refund is offered is if your item breaks during shipment and it is beyond repair. If your item breaks you must send photos of the damaged item as well as all packaging materials within 48 hours of receiving the item. **You must also be willing to take the item and packaging to the post office or waste yard to obtain proof of destruction if the insurance policy requires that in order to process the claim.
What if my item is lost, stolen, or delayed?
Rosey Studio Co is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed and will not provide a refund. Once an item is shipped the transit is out of our control. Buyer is responsible for following up with the shipping carrier regarding their tracking number.
What if my item is returned to the sender?
The customer is responsible for paying for reshipment of all items that are returned to the sender. Rosey Studio Co is not responsible for paying for reshipment if an item is returned to the sender. There are no refunds if an item is returned to sender and customers refuses to pay to reship.
