A wood name sign is a custom laser-cut plywood letter display spelled out in your chosen font, sized to fit any wall or celebration perfectly.
Personalize yours by selecting a size (12" to 38" wide), choosing from 8 fonts, and entering the name or word you want. An optional paint finish -- white, gold, silver, rose gold, gray, or black -- is available at checkout; leave it blank and the sign ships as beautiful unfinished wood, ready to stain or paint yourself. These wood name signs are a favorite for nursery decor, kids room decor, weddings, baby showers, housewarming gifts, and party backdrops.

All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days and shipped using USPS ground shipping (for U.S. customers). If you need it SOONER you can check the box "Rush my order-- Ships in 1-2 business days instead of 8-10 days", and these items will be processed in 2 business days. The default shipping is USPS Ground which takes up to 9 business days. You can opt for USPS Priority shipping at checkout to receive it just 2-3 days after it ships.
**Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you offer returns, exchanges or alterations post-delivery?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through the "notes" section of the listing or via email roseystudioco@gmail.com before you place your order. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
The ONLY time a refund is offered is if your item breaks during shipment and it is beyond repair. If your item breaks you must send photos of the damaged item as well as all packaging materials within 48 hours of receiving the item. **You must also be willing to take the item and packaging to the post office or waste yard to obtain proof of destruction if the insurance policy requires that in order to process the claim.
What if my item is lost, stolen, or delayed?
Rosey Studio Co is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed and will not provide a refund. Once an item is shipped the transit is out of our control. Buyer is responsible for following up with the shipping carrier regarding their tracking number.
What if my item is returned to the sender?
The customer is responsible for paying for reshipment of all items that are returned to the sender. Rosey Studio Co is not responsible for paying for reshipment if an item is returned to the sender. There are no refunds if an item is returned to sender and customers refuses to pay to reship.
